FOE Active Failed (Time out)

Hi all,

The primary and secondary servers have been created and check them statuses like normally.but I want to try test and make active to the secondary server.

FOE can't be activated secondary server. the logs display the warning 'trying to start service SOLARWINDS ORION NCM CACHING SERVCIE [try1]:Time out has expired and the operation has not been completed (Time out)........

primary server

Public: 192.168.86.127,192.168.86.129

Channel:11.0.0.1/255.255.255.0, 11.0.1.1/255.255.255.0

secondary server

Channel:11.0.1.1/255.255.255.0,11.0.1.2/255.255.255.0
