Can't receive data from SolarWinds Administration Service while setting up HA

Hi everyone,

So im trying to lab up an HA on my NPM, I've download the installer through the HA section in NPM settings.

Transfered it to a new server, In the installer i ticked the "Backup Server for Main Server Protection" under High Availablity.

However, it looks like there is an issue while downloading packages from the main NPM server.

Both servers running same Windows server version (2012 R2), both on same time zone and clock is synchronized.

Anyone had this issue before?
