What are all of the options we have for fail-over and high availability. Do we go with a standby system and a mirrored DB or cluster it?

I know that FoE is licensed for primary Solarwinds modules. They are NPM, SAM ... but I cannot find 3rd one on SW website and KB. I'm sure they are not NTA or NCM. Anybody knows?
